Variable-Speed Drying for Changing Air Demand
The SMDV refrigerated air dryer adjusts refrigeration compressor output to match compressed-air demand. An aluminum plate heat exchanger, automatic temperature control and compressor soft start support operation under changing loads.
Catalog capacity: 13.5–100 Nm³/min. Frequency range: 30–90 Hz or 30–120 Hz, depending on the model.

When to Consider a Variable-Speed Dryer

- Automatic evaporation-temperature adjustment within the catalog range of 2–10°C.
- Real-time power and current display.
- Compressor soft start and protection against liquid compression.
Evaporation temperature and pressure dew point are different measurements. Confirm the required pressure dew point and rated capacity for your actual operating conditions.

- Working pressure, highest inlet temperature and ambient temperature.
