Selection and Operating Conditions
Select the dryer using the required air flow together with working pressure, inlet temperature, ambient temperature and required pressure dew point. A catalog flow value alone is not enough to confirm the correct model.
- Flow: send the compressor delivery and its stated reference conditions.
- Pressure: specify the working pressure in bar or MPa.
- Temperature: provide the highest expected inlet and ambient temperatures.
- Air quality: specify the required pressure dew point and filtration needs.
- Installation: confirm voltage, frequency, phase, connections and available space.
Use the catalog correction tables together with the supplier’s confirmation. The published dew-point range is not a fixed +3°C guarantee for every operating condition.
