Laser Cutting Dry Fume Dust Collector Series

Cartridge filtration for laser-cutting and metalworking fume: Pleated filter media provides a large filtration area in a compact collector. Filter selection should match the actual dust characteristics and process conditions.

Automatic pulse cleaning: Compressed-air pulses remove accumulated dust from the cartridge surface to help control differential pressure and maintain airflow.

PLC control and protection: The control system supports automated operation and equipment protection functions for routine industrial use.

Centrifugal fan and engineered airflow path: Fan selection should be based on the required airflow at the total system static pressure, including hoods, ducts and filter resistance.

Multiple HY-series capacities are available for laser cutting, welding and centralized dust extraction. Final model selection should use actual extraction points, airflow, duct layout and operating schedule.

Catalog supply: 380V / 50Hz; confirm phase and electrical configuration.
Listed filter material: nano flame-retardant composite fiber cartridges.
Catalog filtration rating: 0.3–3.0 µm; confirm the selected cartridge and test conditions.
Automatic reverse-pulse cleaning with compressed-air requirements varying by model.

Specify the available cleaning-air pressure and air quality when selecting the model. The particle-size rating alone does not establish a collection-efficiency percentage or a process-specific emissions guarantee.
