Low Purge Compressed Heat Regeneration Adsorption Dryer

Heat-of-compression regeneration: The SMR series uses available compressor discharge heat as the main regeneration energy source for the off-line desiccant tower.

Current catalog range: Listed SMR models cover 37–300 Nm³/min, with 0.25 kW control power across the series and DN100–DN250 process connections depending on model.

Low-purge cooling: The current catalog lists approximately 2%–4% regeneration gas under its stated operating conditions. Actual performance depends on available compressor discharge temperature, flow, pressure and cooling conditions.

Twin-tower continuous drying: One tower dries process air while the other regenerates and cools before switching back into service.

Final selection must confirm compressor type, discharge temperature, working pressure, inlet contamination, cooling-water conditions and required pressure dew point. Heat-of-compression dryers should not be selected from nominal flow alone.

PRODUCT DISPALY

The low purge compressed heat regeneration adsorption dryer harnesses the heat of compression from the air compressor to regenerate the desiccant, requiring only a minimal amount of purge air to complete the drying cycle. This design significantly reduces both energy consumption and compressed air waste compared to conventional heatless models, while delivering stable pressure dew point control and reliable long-term performance. With low operating costs, simple maintenance, and high drying efficiency, it is an ideal solution for industrial facilities seeking a balance between energy savings and consistent air quality.
