Flexible source capture: Articulated suction arms can be positioned close to welding or grinding work to capture fume and dust before it spreads through the workshop.

Cartridge filtration: Composite filter media captures fine particulate from suitable dry industrial processes. Filter selection and replacement frequency depend on the actual contaminant and operating load.

Mobile enclosure: Casters allow the unit to be moved between workstations where fixed ducting is not practical.

Pre-separation and spark protection: The inlet arrangement helps intercept larger particles and residual sparks before they reach the main filter; application suitability should still be reviewed for hot work and combustible dust.

Multiple capacities are available for different airflow requirements. Select the unit according to the source, capture distance, required airflow and working schedule.

The HY series mobile welding fume purifier is a compact, flexible dust and fume purification solution designed for industrial welding, cutting, laser marking, polishing, grinding, and precious material recovery applications. Equipped with flexible suction arms and rubber casters for free movement within the workplace, it captures smoke and fine particles directly at the source before they disperse into the environment. Fume passes through a pre-filter protection plate that blocks residual sparks, then enters the main anti-static film coated composite fiber filter cartridge with filtration precision of 0.3–3.0μm and efficiency up to 99.9%, ensuring clean, safe air is returned to the workspace. Available in three models — HY-018, HY-110, and HY-220 — with power ranging from 0.18 to 2.2kW and maximum air volume up to 3,500 M³/h, the HY series provides an economical and effective fume control solution for single or multiple workstations across a wide range of industries.
