Compressed-air line filtration: The SMF pipeline filter is designed to remove particulate, condensed liquid and aerosol contamination in compressed-air treatment systems when fitted with the appropriate element grade.

Three filtration grades: C, T and A elements provide progressively finer nominal filtration ratings for staged compressed-air treatment. Final air quality depends on the complete treatment train and operating conditions.

Die-cast aluminum housing: Compact corrosion-resistant construction supports routine element replacement and industrial installation.

Low-pressure-drop design: Internal flow paths and connections are designed to limit unnecessary restriction when the filter is correctly sized for actual flow and pressure.

Maintenance options: Differential-pressure indication and automatic drainage can be configured to support element monitoring and condensate removal.

The SMF series pipeline filter is engineered to deliver clean, high-quality compressed air for demanding industrial applications. Featuring a die-cast aluminum monoblock housing for long service life and easy maintenance, the filter adopts a unique plug-in circular connector design that simplifies filter element replacement while reducing airflow resistance and pressure loss. A hard dry powder anti-corrosion coating ensures durability in harsh environments, and multiple interface sizes provide flexible installation options. Available in three filtration grades — C (3μm, 3ppm oil content), T (1μm, 1ppm oil content), and A (0.01μm, 0.01ppm oil content) — with flow capacity ranging from 2.5 to 35.0 M³/min and maximum working pressure of 16 bar, the SMF series delivers reliable, precision filtration across a wide range of industrial compressed air systems. Optional differential pressure indicator and automatic drain valve are available for enhanced monitoring and convenience.
