1. Nanofiber Membrane Technology

  • Ultrafine Fiber Structure
    Produced via electrospinning, the nanofiber membrane features fiber diameters as small as 100–500 nm, forming a dense网状 porous structure. It achieves >99.99% capture efficiency for ultrafine dust down to 0.3 μm — significantly outperforming conventional filter media.
  • Surface Filtration Mechanism
    Dust accumulates only on the membrane surface (not deep inside), enabling more thorough cleaning, preventing clogging, and maintaining long-term low differential pressure operation.

2. Composite Structure Design

  • Multi-layer Functional Integration
    • Base layer: High-strength polyester or fiberglass, providing mechanical support and temperature resistance (up to 300°C).
    • Functional layers: Anti-static aluminum coating (explosion prevention), PTFE hydrophobic membrane (acid/alkali corrosion resistance), and flame-retardant fibers (aramid/P84).
  • Pleated Efficiency Design
    Wide-pleat folding increases filtration area by 3–4 times, while reducing volume by 50% compared to traditional bag filters — ideal for compact dust collector retrofits.
