The Supermanair mobile welding fume extractor is a purification unit specifically designed for industrial welding fumes and light particulate matter. Equipped with a flexible suction arm and casters, it offers excellent maneuverability and flexible usage. Working Principle
Fumes generated during production operations are drawn into the mobile welding fume extractor through the suction hood via fan suction. After initial filtration, the fumes pass through a filter cartridge protective plate, which further blocks particles and residual sparks. The pre-filtered fumes then enter the main filter cartridge, which is made of imported anti-static, flame-retardant composite fiber media, achieving a filtration efficiency of 99.9%. The purified air is then discharged through the outlet in compliance with emission standards.
